Community rules

FurCred works because members behave like neighbours. These rules are short on purpose.

Be honest

Your profile, your bio, your pet's quirks — be straight about them. The platform falls apart if people sugarcoat. Misrepresentation is grounds for removal.

Show up

If you accept a booking, you commit to it. Cancellations beyond what your counterparty considers reasonable are reviewed, and repeated no-shows lead to suspension.

Keep it inside FurCred

Don't try to move arrangements off-platform to pay (or be paid) in money. The credit system is what makes this community work. Off-platform payments break it and are not permitted.

Care for the animal first

If something is going wrong with a pet in your care, contact the owner immediately and use the 24-hour emergency line. Better to over-communicate than under.

No discrimination, no harassment

We do not allow refusal of bookings, treatment of members, or messaging that is based on race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected characteristic. Reports are reviewed by a human within 48 hours.
